By using this site and the ivmero service you agree to the terms below. The service is currently offered in a closed beta.
1. Site content
The content on this site is provided for information purposes and does not constitute an offer. Product features, modules and screens described here may change during the beta period.
2. Account and authorisation
To use the service you connect your own advertising and analytics accounts through the official OAuth screens of Google and Meta. You are responsible for holding the necessary authority over those accounts, and you may revoke access at any time.
3. Acceptable use
- The service may not be used for unlawful purposes or to breach third-party rights
- Attempts to reverse engineer, place disproportionate load on, or bypass the security of the service are prohibited
- Access credentials may not be shared with third parties
4. Data ownership
The product, catalogue, spend and performance data you connect remains yours. ivmero processes it only to provide the service, and never sells it or shares it with third parties for their own purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The ivmero software, its segmentation logic, interface design, brand and content are owned by ROADMAP Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi. Use of the service does not transfer any of those rights.
6. Beta programme
During the beta period the service may be interrupted, features may change and data models may be revised. Beta participation does not create a service-level commitment.
7. Fees
No card payment is currently taken through the site. Pricing, billing period and payment terms are agreed in writing before the contract is signed.
8. Limitation of liability
ivmero prepares recommendations; advertising decisions are applied with your approval. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from decisions you approve.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached. On termination, data is deleted within 30 days.
10. Changes to these terms
Changes are published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence are unaffected.
